Full Link Integration & Automatic Cutting
The AI-30 is the first to feature a built-in "delay return electric one-step fiber cleaver." Once the fiber is placed and the lid is closed, the machine automatically performs high-precision cutting. This innovative design perfectly solves the scratching issues found in traditional mechanical cleavers. Furthermore, the blade surface can rotate automatically to maintain cutting quality without manual intervention.
Trunk-Line Precision
Utilizing six high-precision motors and the latest core alignment technology, the AI-30 achieves an alignment accuracy of 0.05µm. The 5-inch high-resolution screen provides up to 320x magnification for a clear view of the fiber core, minimizing fusion loss and making it fully capable of long-distance mainline fiber optic projects.
Smart All-in-One Toolset
Designed for maximum efficiency, the machine integrates an Optical Power Meter (OPM) and Visual Fault Locator (VFL) to track fiber lines and detect breakpoints instantly. It comes with a Signal Fire nine-in-one stripper and a versatile tool box that doubles as a workbench and sitting stool, providing a complete mobile workstation for both high-climbing and ground-level tasks.
